Pu Foam

Conventional Foam

Conventional Foam is a kind of a PU material with diverse physical properties. It offers good features such as lightweight, good flexibility, impact resistance, and shock absorption. Available in a wide range of densities and hardness grades, it can be formulated to meet different requirements and applications.

Features:

•Diverse physical properties of PU foam
•Diversity foam shape and flexibility
•PU foam with Lightweight
•Good flexible foam
•Foam have Impact resistance and shock absorption
•Excellent support and cushion foam

Applications:

•PU foam pad for Sofa and seat cushioning
•Mattress foam and pillow foam
•Sports used Padding foam
•Inner lining for protective gear foam

Rebond Foam

Rebond foam is an eco-friendly, reusable foam made by cutting surplus foam and recycled foam materials. These surplus foam is cleaned, shredded, and re-bonded using MDI adhesives and compression process. This tech not only reduces waste but also minimizes raw oil consumption, supporting environmental protection and sustainability. The weight and density of Rebond foam is very heavy and dense. That makes the Rebond foam with high compression strength and supportive. Rebond foam widely used in industrial protection, transportation cushioning, mattress support layers, and sofa base reinforcement for high load structural applications.

Fire Retardant Foam

Flame retardant foam is produced by adding special FR additives to achieve effective fire resistance. JFC meets two flame mainly-retardant certification levels, offering ignition prevention, smoke suppression and low-flammability characteristics. FR Foams have passed various certifications, including the California Technical Bulletin 117 (CA117) in USA and the BS5852 & BS7177 standards in the UK It is ideal for use in furniture, bedding, transportation, and industrial fire-resistant cushioning materials.

Memory Foam

Viscoelastic foam, commonly known as memory foam, is a high-performance material with pressure sensitivity and a slow recovery rate. Memory foam is formulated from several special polymers with slow-rebound properties. It fits to the body’s contours, covering and supporting the users while relieving pressure points. In addition, memory foam offers excellent shock absorption and stability, making it suitable for applications such as toppers, medical mattresses, headrests, high-class packaging, and seat padding.

High Resilience Foam

HR Foam is a material with high resilience and strong support, Able to quickly recovering its shape after pressure is applied. With a latex-like feeling and outstanding resilience, it is widely used in different layers in the mattress, premium sofa cushions, Rebound balls, and other high-resilience products.
