High Resilience Foam

HR Foam is a kind of foam with high resilience and strong support, Be able to quickly recovering its original shape after pressing. With a latex-like feeling and outstanding resilience, it is widely used in different layers in the mattress, premium sofa cushions, Rebound balls, and other high-resilience products.

Foam Description

High-Resilience Foam is manufactured using a special high-elasticity formulation, offering faster recovery speed and greater support durability than standard foam. Its fine, uniform open-cell structure allows the foam to rebound quickly and steadily under pressure, preventing permanent deformation caused by long-term compression. It is suitable for applications that require long-term support of body weight, such as mattress support layers, sofa internal support layers, office chair seat cushions, automotive seats, and wheelchair cushions. In addition, due to its excellent elasticity, high-resilience foam is widely used in ball-shaped toys, children’s bouncing balls, and cushioning spheres, providing a stable, safe, and elastic tactile feel and play experience. In composite material applications, high-resilience foam can be combined with ultra-soft foam or slow-rebound foam in layered designs to create a comfortable structure with a soft outer layer and supportive inner core.

Advantages of High-Resilience Foam

01
Excellent Support
Provides stable support even under heavy loads, making it suitable for high-intensity use.
02
Fast Recovery
Returns to its original shape immediately after compression, enhancing user experience.
03
High Durability
Resists deformation over long-term use, extending product lifespan.
04
Outstanding Dynamic Elasticity
Ideal for ball-shaped toys and active products, delivering lively bouncing performance.
05
Compatible with Multi-Layer Structures
Can be combined with other functional foams to improve overall performance.
