Molded Foam

3D Molded foam is a manufacturing process that uses precision molds to make foam products in single one step, simultaneously defining shape, dimensions, and density. Molded Foam helps the new design of complex foam shapes while enabling fine adjustment of physical properties and firmness levels. The main foam types include High Resilience Foam and Memory Foam.

Foam Description

Molded Foam is produced using a pouring process in which foaming materials are injected directly into pre-designed molds, where expansion and curing take place in a sealed environment. Thanks to its high molding precision, the foam requires no additional processing to achieve the required shape, texture, and structural details, making it especially suitable for ergonomic design applications.

Key Advantages of Molded Foam

01
One-Step Molding with Precise Shaping
Formed directly in the mold, ensuring high consistency in dimensions and shape.
02
Excellent Support and High Durability
Its dense structure maintains stable support performance even after long-term use.
03
Suitable for Complex Shape Designs
Capable of producing intricate shapes and three-dimensional structures to meet diverse product requirements.
04
Reduced Post-Processing
Smooth, finished edges minimize the need for cutting and trimming, improving production efficiency.
